STEPS MONITORS NEED TO TAKE
1.) Make sure that either
yourself or the examinee has the appropriate affidavit available before
taking
the final examination.
2.) Verify the identity
of the examinee with a photo ID.
3.) Have examinee fill
out the affidavit if so requested.
4.) Sign affidavit after
verifying examinee had no outside assistance with the final examination.
5.) Fax the signed
affidavit to:

As a monitor, you will need to inform the individual who is taking the examination that
credit for the course will be submitted once Broker Educational Sales &
Training, Inc. has received the monitor affidavit and verified that you, the
monitor, has
witnessed the individual taking the final examination.
